Fast and great service! Will definitely use again if I ever need need a tow!

I needed my vehicle jump-started & Mr. Regis Riley came within 5-10 minutes, & also advised I may need a battery. The next day my vehicle wouldn't start. I called Mr. Riley to purchase & perform installation of the battery & he came & had my car running within 45 minutes. He is fast, efficient, professional & personable. Highly recommend!!!!

Fast and professional service! My battery died at a very busy intersection, during rush hour, as it was becoming dark. Regis arrived within 25 minutes of my call and was able to get my car started long enough to pull into a safer area. He delivered the car to the designated shop and send a photo. We'll definitely call on R & R if we need towing in the future!

THEY ARE EXCELLENT, SO PROFESSIONAL AND CONCERNING VERY INFORMING. TOOK THEM LESS THAN HOUR TO PICK UP MY CAR ANR TAKE IT TO MY APARTMENT. Regis was prompt, reliable, and professional when assisting me with a tow when my vehicle broke down. I have Roadside Assistance (AllState)...but they were unable to provide me with ANY assistance. Thankfully a friend gave me a referral and I will definitely be referring him to everyone I know! He was even able to identify the issue with my vehicle which caused it to break down. I'm so grateful for his prompt assistance... and though no one wants vehicle issues... R & R Transport and Towing is definitely going to be the company I call if I have any future issues!

When I called, they were very friendly and accommodating over the phone. They told me they would arrive in 45 minutes and showed up in 25 minutes. When Regis arrived, he was super personable, friendly, and likeable. He then took me and my vehicle to my mechanic, using the fastest route. Outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

Just when I began to think that providing consumers with "good customer service" no longer exists, R & R Towing showed me differently.After having waited over two and half hours for AAA's contracted towing company to tow my car, I began calling towing companies in the area I was in, and I ran across R&R Towing and decided to give them a call. The person on the other end of the phone was courteous and professional. I asked how long it would take for someone to come out and tow my car; I was told 30 to 60 minutes. The person who towed my car arrived within 30 minutes and with that alone, I was impressed.I explained to him what had been going on with my car and that I had just gotten it out of the shop because it had been leaking and there had been problems with the radiator. He pointed out that my car was leaking which I hadn't noticed because I stayed in my car the whole time, I had been waiting for my car to be towed. I told him how my car wouldn't move forward or backward. He then began sharing his knowledge and what he explained made perfect sense and something that the mechanics who worked on my car never mentioned.So not only did he make a good first impression over the phone by being courteous and professional, but he also reached my location much sooner than expected and he was very knowledgeable about cars. R & R Towing is one of the best towing companies I’ve ever used, and I would highly recommend it.Ps. The towing company that was contracted with AAA was a no-call/no-show.
